Servicing your pool : Water Chemistry Statistics
If you have an ongoing service contract with Atlas Blue or another company then you are probably aware of what we check when servicing your pool. If not, you will find the following useful information for when you get build your pool.
Atlas Blue is committed to providing you with the best after-sales service. To ensure your pool is kept in the best order, our service team will periodically visit your swimming pool (or other water feature) to perform the periodic cleaning and check on key statistics which are vital for the proper functioning of all your pool equipment. Your pool’s water chemistry is vital to maintaining a clean pool.
Depending on your service contract, Atlas Blue’s service team will visit your swimming pool 1-3 times / week to do regular cleaning of the pool. We clean your pool using a vacuum to remove all debris & algae from the flat surfaces. We also skim your pool with a net for any floating debris & insects.
After cleaning we make sure that your pool chemistry is intact. Keeping your chlorine, pH, and alkalinity levels maintained will keep your pool safe and attractive throughout the summer season. As part of our pool construction we offer systems to monitor the pool chemistry remotely. This way we can monitor your pool 24/7 and ensure the wtaer is always safe for swimming.
Last but not least, our service team will check your pool’s machine room and ensure:
- Pressure readings of your backwash filter are within the normal range.
- Clean your pump strainers.
- Check the proper operations of all pool equipment. If there is something abnormal, the team will notify the Atlas Blue maintenance team to further check, diagnose and fix the issue. If your pool equipment is within the warranty period the team will take care of the fix at no additional cost. If there is no warranty in place, the maintenance team will be in touch with you ASAP.
